This session goes deeper than Webinar 1 for audiences who are interested but not yet convinced. The goal is to walk non-snakebite innovators through the four phases of the patient journey - from bite to lifesaving care - and help them identify exactly where their existing expertise fits.

The session uses concrete cross-sector examples (drone delivery, telemedicine networks, transport logistics) to bridge the gap between participants' current work and the snakebite challenge. It closes with a structured team formation breakout to connect potential collaborators ahead of the SnakeHack.

By the end of this session, participants should be able to: map their own expertise to at least one phase of the patient journey, name 1-2 specific innovation gaps the prize is trying to fill, and identify at least one potential collaborator in the room.
