We are a charitable organisation from the south of Germany founded in 2021. Our approach strengthens care for snakebite patients in Tanzania through targeted training for medical staff, free provision of antivenom, and the establishment of a nationwide, connected care model that enables early, evidence-based and safe treatment—particularly in rural areas. At this stage, we primarily operate in northern Tanzania, working with partner hospitals in locations including Meserani, Karatu, and Moshi.

Our group develops dynamic functional materials for drug delivery. Recently, we demonstrated sustained peptide stabilisation and potency upon triggered release from these materials at ambient temperature. This storage-and-release mechanism allows long-term protection of sensitive biologics without cold-chain storage. We aim to extend our system to improve the stability of antivenoms on the market, improving access to lifesaving medicines in high-burden communities lacking cold-chain.
