rof. Joshua Olango Abuya is an Associate Professor of Logistics and Supply Chain Management at Kibabii University, Kenya. He is an experienced researcher and project leader specialising in logistics, supply chain systems, innovation, technology commercialisation, and international research partnerships. He has contributed to multidisciplinary projects supported by UKRI/Innovate UK and the European Union. His interests include applying logistics, digital innovation, and systems-thinking.

Currently leading malaria and NTD integration efforts across Nigeria and SSA focusing on improving data management, usability and used for decision making and action. Have experience across the broader PHC programming including HSS and innovations to improve service delivery from the demand and supply sides.

I'm a pharmacologist and toxinology researcher at Universiti Malaysia Sabah, with research experience in snake venom proteomics, transcriptomics, antivenom efficacy and the pharmacological effects of venom toxins. I focused onthe Philippines, including Naja samarensis and Naja philippinensis, giving me a strong interest in improving snakebite outcomes in geographically dispersed and underserved communities.
