He has helped build emergency care systems and residency training in Botswana and Rwanda. His work focuses on practical systems that improve triage, referral, and timely treatment. He aims to help develop a Botswana snakebite hotline and tele-emergency network linking remote clinicians with emergency and toxicology support.
